摘要
分析了果蔬饮料加工的各个环节对产品质量的影响,提出了切实可行的控制措施,以有利于保证和提高果蔬饮料的产品质量。
The effects of all the processes in fruit and vegetable drink processing on the quality of the drinks are thoroughly analyzed and some practical control measures put forward with a view of helping to guarantee and improve their quality.
