摘要
以沥青混凝土路面的压实工序为例,分析了碾压工艺中易出现的质量问题及其影响因素,介绍了压实设备的选型及碾压工艺中对碾压温度,压路机振频、振幅选择,碾压顺序等方面的控制方法。
As example with compaction operation for asphalt concrete pavement,the paper analyzes the quality problems liable to appearing in rolling technology and their influence factors,introduces the type - election of compaction equipments as well as the controlling methods for rolling temperature, oscillation frequency of road miler, choice of amplitudes and rolling order etc.
