The traffic monitoring system running on the express highway is introduced in this paper. The hardware structure, functions and the constitution of monitoring systems software are expanded by demonstrations. The hardware diagram of the monitoring centre and the devices connection drawing of the CCTV systems are given in the paper. The operation meaning of the traffic monitoring systems is also illustrated.
