摘要
通过研究对比采用目前较先进的防护涂层,即单层、双层及三层重防腐环氧粉末涂料防腐结构相结合,最大限度的保护杭州湾跨海大桥钢管桩,阻缓钢管桩腐蚀。着重阐述多层防腐环氧粉末涂料制造,多层结构的特点并设计说明工艺,结果表明功能性多层环氧防腐粉末涂料能够满足杭州湾跨海大桥钢管桩的防腐要求。
In this paper the corrosion and protection of steel pipe pile was studied and the steel pipe pile of the bridge cross over Hangzhou gulf, the longest bridge crossover gulf in the world, was corrosion-inhibited and protected maximum limitly using advanced anti-corrosion epoxy pecoder coating, such as one layer, double layer and trilayer leavy - duty anti - corrosive coating. The manufacture, multi layer structure character and application specification of the heavy - duty anti - corrosive epoxy powder coating wase majorly decribed. The applicational tests showed that the heavy - duty anticorrosive epoxy powder coating could meet the reguerments of cotrosion protection in sea water.
