摘要
通过对影响环氧树脂与混凝土粘结性能的几个主要因素的试验研究和分析,得出结论:适宜粗糙、干燥、坚实的混凝土面、合适的环氧树脂材料与配合比以及合理、完善的施工工艺措施能够提高界面的粘结效果。
The main factors affecting the bonding property of epoxy resin - concrete interface had been investigated in this paper. The results showed that the bonding property could be improved by means of strong concrete with proper roughness and dryness, appropriate epoxy - resin materials, mixing proportion and good operation processing. The bonding strength of epoxy resin - concrete interface was increased with decreased thickness of epoxy mortar; the curing heat liberation could affect the bonding strength so that proper curing agent with decreased heat liberation might be selected and this surface must be dried and roughened.
