体外反搏器治疗慢性老年性疾病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of External Counterpulsation Therapy in the Elder Chronic Diseases

目的:探讨体外反搏器治疗老年糖尿病、冠心病和高血压等慢性疾病的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2000年～2003年采用体外反搏治疗的163例老年患者,其中86例为糖尿病,42例为冠心病,35例为高血压。平均治疗时间为456小时,最长治疗时间为2010小时。结果:所有病例的总有效率为93.32%,显效47.33%,好转41.3%,无效7%。其中糖尿病的有效率为93%;冠心病的有效率为95%;高血压的有效率为91%。三组的有效率相比较无显著差异P(>0.05)。结论:体外反搏通过改善机体微循环而治疗慢性老年性疾病有显著疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of external counterpulsation therapy in the edger chronic diseases, such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, and so on. Methods： To review and analyze the 163 elder patients comprising 86 diabetes patients,42 coronary heart disease patients,and 35 hypertension patients,who had extemal counterpulsation treatment from 2000 to 2003 in our hospital. Average treatment time was 456 hours and the maximum was 2010 hours. Results： Among all the patients, 47.33 % had a prominent treatment result, 41.3 %straightened out, and 7% lost, so the total efficiency is 93.32%. The efficiency of diabetes patients was 93%, The efficiency of coronary heart disease patients was 95%, and the efficiency of hypertension was 91%. Obviously, there wasn＇t apparently difference （P 〉0.05） between three teams. Conclusion： Extemal counterpulsation has a prominent treatment rensult in the elder chronic diseases through improving micro circulation, it is worth to generalize in clinic.
