白头翁提取液对铜绿假单胞菌R质粒的消除作用

Elimination Effect of Radix Pulsatillae Liquid Extracts on R Plasmid in Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

目的探讨中药白头翁提取液对铜绿假单胞菌R质粒的消除作用。方法对老年呼吸系统感染患者痰中分离的铜绿假单胞菌R质粒进行了检测,并选用中药白头翁提取液对该质粒进行了体外、体内消除试验。结果中药白头翁提取液体外作用24,48,72h后,R质粒消除率分别为0,1.8%,3.4%,十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)对照组分别为0,0.8%,1.6%。中药白头翁提取液体内作用24,48,72h后,R质粒消除率分别为0,2%,12.8%,对照组均为0。结论中药白头翁提取液对铜绿假单胞菌R质粒在体外、体内均具有消除作用,体内消除作用强于体外。

Objective To explore the elimination effect of radix Pulsatillae extracts on R plasmid of pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods R plasmids of pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from the sputum of elderly patients suffering from respiratory infection, and the elimination test of radix Pulsatillae extracts on these plasmids was performed in vitro and in vivo. Results Being treated with the extracts for 24, 48 and 72 h in vitro, the elimination rate of R plasmids was 0, 1.8 % and 3.4 % respectively, and 1.6 % respectively. Be 12.8 % respectively, and 0 while in SDS（sodium dode canesulphonate） control group the elimination rate was 0, 0. 8 % ing treated with the extracts for 24, 48 and 72 h in vivo, the elimination rate was 0, 2 % and in the control group. Conclusions Both in vitro and in vivo, radix Pulsatillae extracts have an elimination effect on R plasmid of pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the effect in vivo is stronger than that in vitro.
