摘要
磁性和非磁性层交替重叠构建的金属磁性多层膜通常具有巨磁电阻效应、其中每层膜的厚度约纳米数量级。本文拟就讨论各向异性磁电阻效应、巨磁电阻效应和特巨磁电阻效应。由于在信息存储技术中的应用潜力,人们对巨磁电阻效应发生了浓厚的兴趣。
etallic magnetic multilayered films, which are separated by non-magnetic metal films with a thickness on the order of tens of A, can exhibit the giant magnetoresistive effect. This review covers theprogress of GMR and CMR. Because of its application potential of GMR in information storage technology,it's very useful for us to develop GMR researches.
