摘要
亲和层析技术广泛地用于多糖、蛋白质、核酸、激素、维生素和细胞等的分离与纯化。近年来,亲和层析技术逐渐被用于定量分析,并且在生物和临床医学的研究及对某些疾病进行检验和诊断中获得了成功.本文作者使用间氮基苯硼酸亲合展析柱在国际上首次对哺乳动物中糖基化3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶进行了分离和定量。另外,采用计算机对生物大分子的特征结构进行模拟.将使亲和层析技术在大工业生产中的应用潜力得以充分的发挥。
ffinity chromatography has not only been used for isolation and purification of materials .but also for analysis and determination of some biomolecules. The glycated hemoglobin of human erythrocytes is conveniently determined with the affinity chromatography of m-aminophenylboronic acid. With the same chromatography, we have isolated and determined the glycated D - glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase from human erythrocytes and rabbit muscle. It appears that affinity chromatography will be progressively used as a method for analysis in laboratories.
