现行规制下信托公司拓展产业基金的模式研究

产业基金是最典型的信托业务,有利于信托公司培育核心盈利模式,从信托的功能和制度优势来看,运用信托平台发展产业基金具有可行性。目前信托公司可以在基础设施建设、能源、房地产等几个行业尝试运作产业投资基金。在目前的政策环境下,房地产产业基金和煤炭产业基金,是信托公司利用自身的制度优势可以拓展的一种准产业基金业务,由于二者的行业差别,两种产业基金的设计模式也有一定的差异。
