摘要
随着农村信用社的市场主体的增强、规模的扩大和竞争力的提高,在客观上要求农村信用社加强战略管理,这是农村信用社转变经营观念的需要,是提高竞争能力的需要,也是改革和发展的需要。农村信用社的战略管理要遵循科学的程序和技巧,保证战略决策的科学性,其战略管理包括战略目标选择和战略方案确定。组织调整的目的是为了更好地实现战略目标,组织调整要遵循效率性、适应性、精简化的原则。成熟和有效的战略管理需要诸多条件的支撑,需要从宏观和微观两个层次着手解决。
