论《考工记》的生产技术管理

ON THE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION AND TECHNOLOGY IN KAO GONG JI

本文对古代重要的科技典籍《考工记》所反映的生产技术管理作了考察,分述为以下六个方面:(1)技术分工、协作,等级式组织管理;(2)规定部件名称,制订器物规格;(3)确立用料标准,提出选材方法;(4)制定技术工序,建立制作规范;(5)确立检验制度,从严质量管理;(6)立度量衡标准,并行实用度量。

In this paper, the management of production and technology in Kao Gong Ji which was an important teehnical book in ancient China are discussed, six aspects are listed as follows: (1) The division of labour and cooperation in production, organizational management on differentiating the ranks; (2) Making clear the names for the component parts of utensils; setting the specifications of products; (3) Determining the Standards for the use of materials, clarifying the methods of material selection; (4) Making technical processes, setting technical rules; (5) Setting the system for the test of products, making severe management on the quality of products; (6) Establishing the standard of weights and measures and using the handy ways of measure.
