在问卷调查和访谈调查的基础上,就体教结合的体育后备人才培养模式的战略思路,从训练主体的评价和专家领导评价两个方面,主要分析了山东省体育传统学校课余训练的优势与不足,并辅以相关调查数据进一步论证。

On the basis of questionnaire and interview investigation, this essay studies the combination with education according to the athletics. From the evaluation of the corpus and the both side of the expert evaluates, it probes into the advantages and disadvanges of extracurricular activities of sports traditional school in Shandong province.
