In this article,methods of documentation and logical analysis are used to discuss the reforms of P.E. teaching method on the background of new curriculum. The discussion is concluded in that P.E. teachers should renew the conception of thinking, charge the method and assessment system of education, develop the students＇ physical educational interest, so as to make them form the habit of exercising .
