摘要
高校后勤改革的方向是实现后勤社会化。要实现后勤社会化,后勤组织自身要练好内功,一要观念创新,迎接高校后勤社会化挑战;二要重点突破,实施打造学习型品牌企业战略;三要整体推进,增强后勤品牌企业的综合实力。
Logistics reform in universtiy aims at logistics socialization. In order to reach it, members in logistics organization should improve themselvs in three ways as follows: holding creative concepts to face the challenge of logistics socialization, stressing on the strategy to set up study - typed brand enterprise, and keeping on developing as a whole to strengthen its comprehensive position of strength.
