摘要 研究了电阻阵动态红外景象投射器的单元驱动电路特性,特别对辐射体的部分电学和热学特性进行了定量的测量和计算;同时采用热点耦合的方法分析了两种比较典型的单元驱动结构,并对结果进行了实际验证。 The characteristics of Cell Circuits of Resistor Array Dynamic Infrared Scene Projectors (DIRSP) are studied. Some thermo-electric measurements of emitters are made of and have be got the emitter's thermal conductivity. It have also analyzed two different cell circuits, and have got the verifications by test results.
