摘要
本文对石膏与氯化钾在氨介质中液固复分解反应制取硫酸钾工艺中的氯化钾转化率与诸影响因素进行了正交试验设计,并对实验数据进行了多元线性回归和逐步回归,建立了能较好模拟复分解反应规律的多元线性回归模型,为石膏转化法制取无氯钾肥硫酸钾的生产工艺的最优化提供了一种数学模式。
An ortho experiment was carried out to simulate the regularities of liquid solid double decomposition reaction between gypsum and potassium chloride in medium ammonia. Multadic linear regression models were acquired by operating FORTRAN programms of multadic linear regression and progressive regression, F test is suggested that regressive effect is very notable. The models may provide with the mathematic formula for optimization of production technology potassium sulphate from gypsum and potassium chloride.
