摘要
本研究是为解决自由曲面(如型腔模、凸模等)的研磨加工自动化而研制的一种新囚后轮─弹性磨轮。采用聚氨酯合成橡胶及氟化乙烯发泡材料作成基材,再外加一层研磨材料作成的弹性砂轮,可以在加工中心及自动化机床上对自由白面进行光整加工。从初步研究结果得知:本研究所制作的弹性砂轮具有良好的弹性,易于曲面仿型并具有良好的形状恢复功能。
This research is on a new type of grinding wheel─elastic grinding wheel for the automation of grinding process on free curved surface(e.g.the cavities of the models, the cams, etc').The elastic grinding wheel,made of the polyurethane synthetic rubber and the ethylene fluoride as the basic material and a layer of abrasive on the surface, can be used on the processing centres and the automatic machine tools to do the finely processing on free curved surface. It is showed by the initial research that the elastic grinding wheel developed and made by our institute is of high elaticity, suitble for curved surface profiling and of good function of shape resuming。
