三种检测禽流感抗体方法的比较

Comparsion of HI, GICA and AGID for Detecting Antibody against Avian Influenza Virus in Chickens

应用胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)、血凝抑制试验(HI)和琼脂扩散试验(AGID)三种方法同时检测所采集的342份鸡血清样品,并对三者的检测结果进行比较。结果发现,HI试验的阳性检出率最高(78.65%),其次为GICA(69.88%)和AGID试验(59.36%);GICA与HI的符合率为89.47%,与AGID的符合率为84.21%,HI与AGID的符合率为80.70%。结果表明,GICA比AGID试验更为敏感,且与HI试验有较好的符合率,可用于禽流感的血清学监测。

253 chicken serum samples were collected to detect antibody against influenza A virus by hemagglutination inhibition （HI） test, gold immuno-chromatographic assay （GICA） and agar gel immunodiffusion （AGID） test. The results of the three assays were compared, and the positive ratio of HI test was 78.65%, GICA was 69.88%, AGID test was 59.36%, the correlation between GICA and HI, GICA and AGID, HI and AGID was 89.47% （306/342）, 84.21% （288/342） and 80.70% （276/342） respectively. The results showed that GICA was specific and sensitive for the antibody detection of avian influenza A in chickens.
