奥美拉唑与不同抗生素联合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的十二指肠溃疡疗效比较

Comparison of Treatment Effect for Helicobacter Pylori Positive of Duodenal Ulcer(DU) by Applying Aomeprazole and Antibiotics

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性十二指肠溃疡(DU)的治疗和清除HP方法。方法:应用奥美拉唑分别与阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮(A组);阿莫西林、克拉霉(B组);呋喃唑酮;克拉霉素(C组),分别治疗HP阳性的DU,疗程2周。结果:DU的愈合率分别为92.5%、90%、87.5%三组间比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);HP根除率分别为90%、95%、87.5%,三组间比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);药物费用A组最低;在治疗过程中无明显不良反应,患者有较好的依从性。结论:奥美拉唑配合使用阿莫西林、克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮其中两种抗生素治疗HP阳性的DU,简便、高效、溃疡愈合率高、HP清除率高,是较好根除HP阳性的DU的方法。

Objective： To explore the method for treatment duodenal ulcer DU） and eradication helicobacter pylori （HP）. Method： Apply Aomeprazole with Amoxilin, furazolidone （A）; Amoxicillin, Kelamei （ B ） ; furazolidone ; clarithromycin （ C ） for treatment HP of DU for 2 weeks as a course. Result： The ulcer cured rate of 92.5%, 90%, 87.5% of DU as three groups separately have no evident difference （P 〉 0.05） ; HP eradication rate is 90% ,95% ,87.5% , three groups separately have no evident difference （P 〉 0.05 ） ; and group A has more remarkable evident （ P 〈 0.05 ） with minimum cost for them than other two groups; The patients have better acceptance and reliance function without any other anti - reaction in the course of treatment. Conclusion： Aomeprazole is used with two antibiotics for the treatment of HP of DU so as to be easy, high efficient, DU cured rate high, HP eradication rate high; Therefore, Aomeiprazole used with other two Amoxicillin ; clarithromycin; furazolidone is a better method for treatment DU and eradication HP.
