摘要
目的探讨多电极射频治疗肝海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效、方法21例25个肝海绵状血管瘤采用输出功率为50～90W的射频治疗，平均直径5．9（2，9～8．5）cm。术后行B超、CT检查。结果21例患者顺利完成治疗。B超检查RFA治疗后肿块体积可缩小40％～50％，术后1个月所有肿块内血流减少或消失，直径〈5cm的17个病灶血流完全消失，1例病灶射频治疗不完全。随访21例，随访期1～35个月，疗效满意。结论多电极射频治疗肝海绵状血管瘤是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of multi -electrode , et al. University, Zhengzhou 450014,t/enan radiofrequency ablation （RFA） therapy in patients with hepatic cavernous hemangioma （HCH）. Methods 21 patients , with 25 HCHs 2.9 to 8.5 cm in diameter with the mean size of 5.9 cm,wel＇e treated with 50 -90 watt emission. All patients were examined by B - ultrasound and CT after RFA. Results Twenty - one patients completed tile therapy successfully. B - ultrasound revealed volume of HCHs were reduced （40% -50% ） alter RFA, Blood supply of HCHs were reduced or disappeared one month after RFA therapy, 17 HCHs less than 5tin in diameter were disappeared completely , 1 case was treated incompletely. 21 patients were followed up for 1 to 35 months, curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Multi -electrode radiofrequency ablation therapy is a safe and efl＇ective treatment option for patients with HCHs,
