后正中切口手术治疗肱骨下1/3骨折

Internal fixation of distal 1/3 of humeral fracture through posterior midline approach

目的探讨后正中切口在肱骨下段骨折手术内固定治疗中的应用。方法对本院2000年6月-2004年12月收治的肱骨下段骨折42例患者，进行跟踪随访并评定疗效。结果本组随访12—36个月，平均随访19个月；肩肘关节功能优34例，良6例，可2例，优良率95％。结论肱骨下段1／3骨折采取后侧正中切口，不仅避免了桡神经损伤，同时也可缩短手术时间。

Objective To explore the value of application of internal fixation in treating distal 1/3 of humeral fracture through posterior midline approach. Methods From June 2000 to December 2004,42 cases of distal 1/3 of humeral fracture who were treated with internal fixation with steel plate through posterior midline approach were followed up, the curative effect was evaluated and summed up . Results All the cases were followed up for 19 months in average 12 - 36months. Of them, eventually bassessed by shoulder and elbow joint function ,34 patients were excellent,6 patients were satisfactory,2 patients were fair. The fine rate was 95%. Conclusion It should be posterior midline approach when the distal 1/3 of humeral fracture is treated with internal fixation. Not only avoid radial nerve injury, but also can shorten the internal fixation time.
