摘要 目的了解双酚A对小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法小鼠用不同剂量双酚A灌胃7 d后,测定其脏器系数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、溶血空斑数及足跖厚度。结果中、高剂量组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血空斑形成能力及迟发性变态反应均受抑制,而低剂量组则增强。结论双酚A对小鼠免疫系统的影响具有双向调节作用,即在低剂量时对体液免疫和细胞免疫功能具有增强作用,而在较高剂量时则具有抑制作用。 Objective To study the effects of bisphenol A(BPA)on the immune system in mice. Methods The mice were given BPA of different dosages through mouth for 7 days. And their index of organs, the phagocytotic rate of macrophage in the belly cavity, the hemolysis plaque-forming ability, and the thickness of feet were measured. Results The phagocytosis, the plaque-forming number and delayed type hypersensitivity in middle, high groups were inhibited, while those all were reinforced in low group. Conclusion BPA has two phases influence on the immune system of the mice meanwhile low dosage BPA can reinforce the humoral and cellular immunity, and higher dosage can inhibit it.
