摘要
从海藻Calogssaleprieurii,Laurenciamajuscula,Hypneaconcornis分离得caulerpin1,水解得化合物2.经波谱分析确证其结构.生物活性测定表明:caulerpin具有较强的植物生长作用.
Caulerpin 1 was isolated from Algae Calogassa leuprieuii, Laurencia majuscula and Hypnea concornis, compound 2 upon hydrolization of compound 1 was obtained as brown crystals. Their structures were confirmed by spectral analysis. Bioassay showed that caulerpin is an effective plant growth regulator.
