摘要
应用PWM整流器的工作原理和数学模型,提出了高功率因数变频器的PI调节电流控制原理及软件实现流程图。将这种变频器运用到抽油机用交流变频电动机中,可实现平稳启动、制动与调速,还可实现能量的反馈,达到节能的目的。
By using the operation principle and mathematical model of PWM rectifier, it is proposed that the current control principle of PI adjustment in high-capacity frequency converter and flow chart of software implementation are used. The converter is used in the AC frequency conversion motor used in pumping unit, by which stable starting, braking and speed adjustment can be obtained in the pumping unit, also energy can be feedback for energy saving.
