摘要
根据珠江广州市段水位及水流受海水潮汐影响的规律,在该段的两个样点应用PFU法进行原生动物群落的采集;通过对样品进行镜检、数据处理和统计学比较,得出在赶潮河段中原生动物的群集过程及有关的功能参数不受潮汐的影响.
According to the tide table the protozoan communities were collected with PFU method at two stations in Pearl River, Guangzhou City. The samples which were collected in different tide periods respectively were observed qualitatively and quantitavely. After the data analysis and statistical comparision we find that the clonization and the functional parameters of protozoan communities are not influenced by tides in Pearl River, so that PFU Method is also suitable to be used on the water body with tides.
