摘要
建立了顺序输送高差混油模型,通过计算流体力学软件PHOENICS对它进行了模拟。分析了竖直管道顺序输送油品时,密度和粘度对混油的影响,并给出了模拟结果。结果表明,密度对大落差管道顺序输送过程中层流底层的影响比较明显,不可忽略。研究结果对于研究我国西部地形复杂地区的顺序输送管道混油问题具有理论指导意义。
An intermixing model of elevation difference batching transportation is established. A numerical simulation is conduced on it by using PHOENICS. The effect of density and viscosity differences on intermixing in erect pipeline is analyzed. Simulation results are given. It indicates that the effect of density on laminar bottom in elevation difference pipeline is obvious and can not be ignored. It has a theoretical significance for studying the intermixing of batch pipeline transportation in hypsographic area in West China.
