髓样分化蛋白-2的结构分析及相关机制
摘要
髓样分化蛋白-2(MD-2)是Toll样受体与脂多糖(LPS)联系的桥梁,作为天然免疫识别的重要调控分子,在脂多糖信号转导过程中扮演重要角色,可能成为炎症性疾病治疗的“新靶点”。现就MD-2的结构分析、相关机制及治疗潜能等作一综述。
