胎膜早破的实验室诊断进展 被引量:8

摘要 胎膜早破是导致早产的主要原因,并可造成母婴严重的并发症,是目前临床产科主要的诊治难点之一。现对临床常用的一些检测胎膜破裂的实验室方法,如传统方法(化学方法、细胞染色方法)、免疫检测方法及它们的准确性、实用性和局限性进行系统分析,并重点介绍目前国外新近研发的胎盘α微球蛋白-1快速免疫分析方法。后者具有特异、简单、方便、快捷的特点,对诊断胎膜早破有高度的准确性。
