摘要
介绍了汽车驱动桥总成综合试验台计算机控制系统的组成及技术实现。系统可以实现对三种驱动桥总成的综合性能检测,并能根据预先设定的技术参数进行产品性能评判。系统以工业控制计算机为核心,通过扩展工业控制板卡实时采集转速、转矩、噪声和温度等传感器信号,能进行制动参数检测,数据经处理后数字和图形显示并存储。
The paper introduces the constitution and technique realization of the synthetic tester computer controlling system for auto drive axle assembly. The system can carry out synthetic performance examination of three types of drive axle assembly and evaluate the production performance according to the technique parameters beforehand. Industrial computer is the core of the examination system. The system can collect speed, torque, noise and temperature senor signals on -line by enlarging the industry cards ,examine the brake performance and then display and store the datum and graph after process.
