摘要
介绍了应力波安装干涉配合紧固件的原理,结合工程应用提出了干涉配合紧固件应力波安装仪的方案。设计了安装仪控制系统及安装枪结构,研制成功应力波安装仪。试验表明研制的低压便携式安装仪可以满足工程需要,能够解决传统安装方法所存在的问题。
This paper introduces the principle of driving interference - fit fastener with stress - wave, and develops the stress - wave driving apparatus for interference - fit fastener. The paper introduces the control system of the apparatus and the structure of the driving gun. Experiments indicate that the apparatus can meet the engineering need, and can solve the problem of traditional driving methods.
