摘要 SK7450×9000数控丝杠磨床主要用于超长精密滚珠丝杠外圆和滚道的磨削,它从工艺装备上解决了国内外7m以上滚珠丝杠精磨外圆和滚道时需二次装夹和对接磨削的问题。文章介绍了该机床的结构特点和设计思路,对涉及的多项关键技术如:多功能设计、整机热平衡技术、滚柱导轨和阻尼滑块的应用技术和新型数控金刚滚轮砂轮修整装置设计等作了进一步的论述。指出了数控超长滚珠丝杠磨床的发展方向。 The CNC Ball Screw Shaft Grinder SK7450 × 9000 was mainly used for the cylindrical and ball track grinding of super- long ball screw shaft. The machine provides a new process technology which can solves the problem that the ball screw shafts over 7 meters long must be installed twice for the finish grinding of cylindrical and ball track. This paper introduces the structure of the machine and the idea of its design, discusses a few key technologies evolved, such as: muhifunction design; heat balance control of the whole machine ; the application of linear roller gnideway and damping block ; and the design of new type CNC rotary diamond dresser. The development direction of the machine was discussed also.
