聚酯人造花岗岩复合材料的研制及工程应用

Development of Polyester Artificial Composite Granite and Its Engineering Application

对新型机床基础件材料——聚酯人造花岗岩的配方进行了研究,获得了所开发的聚酯人造花岗岩的物理力学性能,并与国外人造花岗岩及铸铁材料的相应参数进行了对比,探讨了聚酯人造花岗岩机床床身的生产工艺,成功研制了聚酯人造花岗岩精密磨床床身。

The formula of the polyester artificial granite, which is used to produce basic components of machine tool, is studied. Physics and mechanics performance parameters of the material were obtained by experiments. They were compared with those of the overseasJmaterials. Process for manufacturing the machine tool bed is probed. Precision grinder bed made of polyester artificial granite was developed successfully.
