蒲公英煎剂对产褥期恶露及子宫复旧的影响

The influenee of Dandelion Decoction on the Lochia of the Puerperal Period and the Recovery of the Womb

目的:探讨蒲公英煎剂对产褥期恶露、子宫复旧的影响及其促进产褥康复的意义。方法:对42例产后口服蒲公英煎剂的产妇(治疗组)与39例产后常规处理的产妇(对照组)的恶露排泄及子宫复旧情况进行临床观察。结果:治疗组恶露排泄量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),恶露干净时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05),子宫复旧速度明显快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒲公英煎剂对产褥期早期康复有明显的促进作用。

Objective：To probe into the influence of dandelion decoction on the lochia of the puerperal period and the recovery of the womb and the signification of it to promote the recovery of the puerperal body. Methods：To observe clinically the lochia drainage and the recovery of the womb of the lying-in women of the 42 cases who take the dandelion decoction orally in the post partum（ under treatment group） and of the lying-in women of the 39 cases who are dealt with generally （comparison group）. Results：The lochia drainage of the under treatment group is obviously less than the comparison group and the time of the neatness of lochia of the under treatment group is evidently earlier than the comparison group and the womb recovering speed of the under treatment group is clearly higher than the comparison group. Conclusions：The dandelion decoction added can promote the recovery of the puerperal nonage visibly on the basis of common therapy.
