静脉性阳痿的中西医结合治疗

The Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine therapy of venous impotence

目的:探讨静脉性阳痿手术后加用中药治疗方法。方法:将对背深静脉漏者作阴茎背深静脉结扎术,背深静脉脚静脉漏者作背深静脉结扎术和海绵体脚静脉结扎术,手术后加用中药治疗。结果:单一手术治疗,手术后第12个月出现中度勃起功能障碍,手术后第18个月,第24个月出现重度勃起功能障碍。手术后加用中药,手术后第18个月,第24个月为中度勃起功能障碍或者轻中度勃起功能障碍。结论:对静脉性阳痿手术后加用中药疗效明显优于单纯手术治疗。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine on postoperation case of venogenic impotence. Methods： We ligate the deep dorsal penile vein of the patients due to fistula of deep dorsal penile vein, and foldback the crus of penis to the deep dorsal penile——crural vein fistula patients at the same time. Results：The patients received the therapy of operation alone, in the second year after the operation, have Moderate erectile dysfunction, and in the third, or fourth year, the patients have severe erectile dysfunction. While the patients receiving Chinese medicine therapy postoperation, in the third, or fourth year, have mild to moderate erectile dysfunction. Conclusion： It is suggested that the theraputic effect on patients of venogenic impotence combined with Chinese medicine postoperation is better that the operation alone.
