摘要
利用甲壳素对金属离子的选择性吸附,研究了甲壳素快速吸附铜离子的吸附条件和洗脱条件,在火焰原子吸收分光光度计上进行铜的测定,方法简单快速,检出限为8.0ng/mL,精密度RSD为3.6%,用于矿样中痕量铜的测定,分析结果与推荐值相吻合。
Preconcentration by collection of metal ion on chitin has been applied to the flame atomic absorption spectrometric determination of copper in material of rock sample.The absorption and desorption of copper ion conditions were investigated in detail.The advantages of the proposed method are simple,effective,high concentration factor(up to 50 times) and repeated use of the same sorbent.
