石墨炉原子吸收法测定骨肿瘤患者血清中微量钴

摘要 本文建立了用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血清中微量钴的方法,血清以(1+1)HNO_3沉淀分离除去蛋白TritonX-100和NH_4VO_3为基体改进剂,直接测定、方法简便、快速。回收率97.60%-102.11%。RSD<7.21%。 A method for the determination of micro amount of Co in serum by GFAAS has been established.The effect of protein in serum have been eliminated by adding(1+1) HNO3.The blood serum was determined directly by adding Triton X-100 and NH4VO3 as matrix modifier.The method is handy and fast,The rate of recovery is 97.6%-102.11%. RSD<7.21.
