A system based on flow injection analysis and bouble beam spectrophotometer was proposed in this paper.The condition of experiment for iron determination in industrial water was studied.This was a new analytical method with better precision and accuracy,the sensitivity being doubled.The equipment used was simple,convenient and easy to access.The analysical speed was fast(180-190 samples/h).The application of spectrophotometry was extended.
