肯德基诉讼案的警示

摘要 “我怎么一直在肯德基工作,反倒成了一个连地址我都不知道的北京时代桥劳动事务咨询服务有限公司的员工呢?当时签合同的时候没有人向我们说明这些啊?”徐延格至今仍然感到疑惑。 XU Yange was fired by KFC Beijing last year after working there for over 13 years.He asked for dis- missal compensation but KFC refused,saying he's not their employee.KFC said that Xu didn't sign any formal contract with them.Instead,he signed labor con- tract with a talent-outsourcing company called Time Daiqiao un- der the arrangement of KFC. Though Xu Yange did not win the case after he sued KFC in the court, most of the people can not fully understand why.The relationship between former staff and actual employer again raised people con- cern when such employer asks an outsourcing company to take fully responsibility of employees.
