摘要
采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3比色法及紫外比色法对不同桑黄提取物中总黄酮的含量进行了测定,并对其进行了定性分析。定性分析结果表明桑黄提取物中含有黄酮类化合物,两种测定方法的方法学考察的各项指标均符合要求,均可作为桑黄中黄酮含量的测定方法。
Qualitative and quantitative analyses of the total flavones in ethanol-water extracts of Phellinus spp. have been undertaken using UV- and NaNO2-Al（NO3）3-based colorimetric assays. Both methods showed high levels of precision, reproducibility and recovery, and a linear relationship between absorbance value and flavone concentration over specified ranges. Both assays appear equally valid for determining the total flavone content of Phellinus spp.
