牙本质粘结系统治疗牙本质过敏的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity using a dengine bonding system

目的评价牙本质粘结系统(SingleBond,3M,StPaul,MN,USA)治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法186例患者348个患牙随机分成三组:实验Ⅰ组用SingleBond进行脱敏治疗;实验Ⅱ组用30%磷酸处理过敏区15秒后用SingeBond进行脱敏治疗;对照组用75%氟化纳甘油脱敏。分别比较治疗后即刻、一周、一个月的疗效。结果实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组有效率高于对照组(P<0.01),实验Ⅱ组有效率高于实验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),1周后复查,结果亦然。1月后复查,实验Ⅱ组有效率高于实验Ⅰ组及对照组,实验Ⅰ组与对照组疗效无显著性差异。结论经酸蚀处理过敏区SingleBord用于治疗牙本质过敏症中短期疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of a dentine bonding system（Single Bond, St, paul, MN, USA） in thetreatment of dentinal hyperstusitivity.Methods 348 sensitive teeth in 186 patients were randomly duided intl three groups, Experimental group Ⅱ was treated using Single Bond after etching sensitive area for 15 with 30% phosphoaticacid. Control group was treated using 75% sodium fluoride glycerine paste. Effective rates of the three group were compared with each other. One week and one month eater, curative effects were evaluated again. Resules Effective rates in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were higher than that in contrd group（P〈0.01）Effective rates in the experimental groupⅠ （P〈0.01）One week later, the results were alike. One month later, effective rate in experimental group Ⅱwere higher than that in experimental group （P〈0.01）While there were no statistically significant differences between the experimental group Ⅰ and the control group. Conclusions After acid etching the sensitive area, Single Bond evaluated was successful in treating dentin hyperwensitivity, at least in the short and middle term.
