张力性气颅的诊断与治疗体会

The experience of diagnosis and treatment for tensive pneumocrania

目的总结张力性气颅诊断与治疗的临床经验。方法对1995年7月～2005年6月我院收治的13例张力性气颅患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经手术或保守治疗,除1例死于延误诊断及治疗外,12例均治愈出院。结论张力性气颅发生后往往病情较重,应早期诊断,及早正确治疗。

Objective To sum up the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment for tensive pneumocrania. Methods The clinical data of 13 patients with tensive pneumocrania that diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 1995 to Jun 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 12 patients have satisfying recovery by surgical procedure or conservative treatment. Except 1 patient die from diagnoses and treatment were be dally over. Conclusion The patient＇s conditions are often severe after coming of pensive pneumocrania. We should diagnose early and treat rightly the disease in time.
