摘要
目的探讨异位胰腺的临床诊断与治疗。方法对1991年1月～2005年12月确诊的13例异位胰腺病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例均痊愈出院,无一例出现术后并发症。结论临床表现和影像学检查对异位胰腺诊断有困难,确诊需病理学检查,手术切除效果满意。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of heterotopic pancreas. Rethods The clinical data of 13 histologically confirmed cases of heterotopic pancreas were analyzed retrospectively from January 1991 to December 2005. Results 13 patients were cured, no postoperative complication happened. Conclusion It was difficult to diagnose the disease by clinical situation, observation and imaging examination and only pathological examination could provide the final diagnosis. But the results of resection were satisfactory.
