目的探讨老年糖尿病患者的健康教育指导方法及效果。方法对100例来干部门诊就诊的老年糖尿病患者及其家属进行有关糖尿病防治相关知识的健康教育指导,教会患者掌握自我护理的常识。结果100例患者均对糖尿病相关知识有全面掌握,配合药物等治疗后,血糖得到良好控制。结论全面有效的糖尿病健康知识教育,能提高疗效,改善生活质量,对老年糖尿病患者的血糖控制是十分必要的。

Objective e To expolre the methods of health guidance and effect in the old age diabetic in the cadre clinic servic. Methods To teach and guide the correlated diabetic knowledge and to give health guidance to the old age diabetic and their farmily member in the cadre clinic servic ,and to teach the self-nursing common sense to the diabetics, Result 100 diabetics could master the overall correlated diabetic knowledge ,their blood sugar was controlled well after treating.
