摘要
对多元合金铁基堆焊层的焊态试样进行不同条件下的回火后处理,研究了该堆焊层的回火稳定性。结果表明,多元合金铁基堆焊层经560℃保温4 h回火后,堆焊层硬度达HRC 57;经700℃17℃急冷急热重复循环150次后,堆焊层硬度达HRC 43,具有较高的回火稳定性及“二次硬化”现象。
After tempering treatment at different conditions, the tempering stability of Fe-base hardfacing layer containing multiple alloying element was investigated. The results show that after tempering treatment at 560℃ for 4 hours, the hardness value of Fe-base hardfacing layer containing multiple alloying element can reach HRC 57; By repeatedly heat circle of 700℃ ←→17℃ for 150 times, the hardness value of Fe-base hardfacing layer can reach HRC 43, and the Fe-base hardfacing layer possesses higher tempering stability and secondary hardening phenomenon.
