电脉冲处理对KCl溶液结晶过程的影响

摘要 物理场对溶液结晶过程的影响是当前研究的一个热点问题。文章研究了在溶液结晶前施加电脉冲后溶液析晶时间及晶粒的大小变化,以及在溶液结晶过程中施加电脉冲后,溶液析晶时间以及溶液结晶速率的变化。研究发现,在溶液结晶前施加电脉冲可以明显增加晶粒数量,减小晶粒尺寸,降低溶液析晶时间,且析晶时间随脉冲峰值电流和频率的增大而减少。在溶液结晶过程中施加电脉冲也可明显降低溶液析晶的时间,且脉冲峰值电流越大,析晶时间越短。 The research on crystallization in the solution under the physical fields has become a hotspot issue. This paper focuses on the change of the crystallization time in the KC1 solution by applying the electric pulse before crystallization. Applying electric pulse in the crystallization process is also studied as to find the change of the crystallization time and the crystallization rate. The conclusion that the electric pulse significantly decreases the crystallization time has been discussed. What's more, with the peak current and the frequency of the electric pulse increasing, the crystallization time is reduced obviously. When the electric pulse is applied during the crystallization process, the time of the crystallization is also cut down, and the bigger the peak current is, the shorter the crystallization time is.
