摘要
开发了能实现复杂型面零件电火花线切割加工的多轴联动加工系统,阐明系统的组成和运动规律,研制了其主要硬件装置—数控回转台,并进行了加工实验研究,从而进一步拓宽了电火花线切割加工工艺范围,解决了复杂型面零件的加工难题。该方法在模具制造中得到了较良好的应用。
A multiple-spindle mac linked system for linear cutting by electric spark used for complex section parts is developed, the composition and operation rule are described, the main hardware device, digital control revolving platform is developed and researched by test. Thus the process range of electric spark linear cutting is further wid- ened and the dificult problem about machining complex section parts is resolved. This method is well applied to production of the die.
