稀土对Fe-C-Al-Si铸铁组织和性能的影响

摘要 本文研究了稀土对Fe-C-Al-Si铸铁的石墨形态,基体组织,力学性能及激冷倾向的影响。 This paper deals with the effect of RE alloy on graphite morphology,matrix microstructure,mechanical properties and chilling tendenly of Fe-C- Al-Si in cast iron. The transformation from FG to VG is very quick,while one from VG to SG is very slow with the increase of RE alloy additive,therefore there is very wide vermiculizing range in Fe-C-Al-Si system. The tensile strenth increases in 0. 3~1. 2% RE alloy addifive,and decreases slightly in 1.2~2.0% RE alloy addifive. The chilling tendency is increased sharply by RE alloy addifion and restrained or eliminated by aluminun addition. Inoculation with FeSi alloy could remarkly reduce the chilling tendency,and the effect on Fe-C-Al-Si cast iron is beffer than that on common cast iron at the condition of same RE alloy addition.
