摘要
本文研究了MO-RE_2O_3金属陶瓷中金属相钼对陶瓷强度和抗热震性的影响以及金属陶瓷与熔融钛接触时的稳定性。结果表明,钼能显著提高陶瓷的强度和抗热震性,稀土氧化物金属陶瓷与熔融钛接触时热力学上是较稳定的,与钛没有发生激烈的化学反应,陶瓷材料的各种组成元素向钛合金中的扩散也是非常微弱的。
In this paper the effects of metal phase Mo upon the thermal shock resistance, bending strength of ceramet and the stabitity of ceramet to melting titanium are investigated. The results show that Mo can remarkabley improve thermal shock resistance and bending strength of ceramet. The ceramet thermodynamic stability contacting with melting titanium is good. In the ceramet the diffusion of element to titanium alloy is very weak.
