摘要
在高速系统设计中,PCB板的走线常呈现传输线效应,因而对系统产生显著的影响.分析了影响信号完整性的定时、反射、振铃、串扰、地反弹等多种因素.介绍了一种应用SQ/Sigxp进行建模仿真的方法,利用SQ对高速系统的信号完整性分析和波形仿真,很好地解决了传输线效应的问题.最后结合一个实例,阐述了实现信号完整性的具体方法.
In high speed system design, PCB circuitry collocation often presents transmission line domino effect, an very obvious effect. Many factors can affect signal integrality, such as timing, reflecting, ring, interference , ground rebound. A way to model and emulate with SQ/Sigxp is introduced, and the transmission line problem can be resolved commendably by means of the signal integrality analysis and wave emulate of high speed system with SQ. An example is put forward to explain how to realize signal integrality .
